سيئه Positive: قربها من دبي مول بس Negative: ريحتها جدا سيئه كشنه مهما بخرت وعطرت ماتروح والمكيف حق وحده من الغرف مايشتغل وحاطين لكم مروحه بدل المكيف وحشرات غريبه والاثاث جدا جدا قديم ومتهالك والارض وسخه بشكل مخيف وتعامل الاداره جدا سيء مايردون الا متأخر ووقت الخروج جا واحد حتى الكاسات يعدها ويقول استخدمتوها او لا عشان يخصم من مبلغ التامين من اسوء الشقق الي مرت علينا

Negative: I don’t like their system and how they respond to customer complaints. I’m waiting for my security deposit of AED 1000, which is almost a month overdue. You informed us that it would only be returned in two weeks, but I’ve tried communicating with you through different channels, but I haven’t received any response. The apartment kept clean & no damage & I take video before I leave the apartment

It's kinda perfect! Positive: It's spacious, elegant, will equipped and will very close proximity of dubai mall. The gentleman who managed our check-in/out was very professional and well mannered I loved that it was on ground floor because it came with a nice patio The rate was reasonable and the unit overall reflected great value for money. Negative: Not much flexibility in early check-in or late check-out. Buts it's OK. It was a little far from the building that has the pool and the gym Found two baby lezerds but probably someone left the door to the patio open

Delays and no responses Positive: The location only Negative: Review of My Stay with Durrani Homes – July 2025 As someone who values time, respect, and professionalism, I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Durrani Homes during a short family trip to Dubai. This is not written out of anger but transparency, and in hopes the company improves in the future. Booking & Check-In: Check-in was stated to be at 3:00 PM. I respected this timing despite driving 4.5 hours from Oman in 40°C heat with my wife and three children, two of whom were unwell. I requested early check-in due to the difficult circumstances but was refused. I arrived punctually at the agreed parking location at 3:18 PM. I was told the host would arrive in 10–15 minutes. What followed was a frustrating 1 hour and 20 minutes of waiting. I made over 10 phone calls, many of which were ignored or met with false promises ("5 minutes away"). The Dubai Mall security guard told me I wasn’t the first guest to face this delay. Actual Check-In Time: 4:40 PM — a clear failure in basic professionalism. Apartment Experience: The only redeeming feature of the unit is its direct connection to Dubai Mall, allowing guests to avoid traffic. Apartment condition was average at best, far from what one would expect from a professional host. Upon returning after dinner: 1. Air-conditioning was weak, only cooling properly the next morning. 2. Second bedroom bed was broken, resulting in a painful and uncomfortable sleep. 3. Fridge emitted a strong rotten fish smell, which was unacceptable and unhygienic. Though they offered to fix these issues, I was too drained by the day’s ordeal to deal with further interruptions. Check-Out Interaction: Rather than apologizing or offering compensation, they called merely to confirm what time I’d be leaving. No courtesy late check-out was extended until I brought up the delays myself. Only then was I offered a single extra hour, which I declined on principle.
