be aware with of your deposit Positive: Nothing Negative: When I checked in I asked for the glass decoration to be removed because I have children, when I checked out I took a tour with the employee to check everything and all things are good, after two weeks I didn’t receive my deposit and when I called they don’t know anything about it, when I complained and after another 2 weeks they said oh you haven’t released burned a carpet with cigarettes and send me a picture of burned carpet, I don’t smoke and I have children, I paid 1000 AED and they took 600AED and even the 400AED they didn’t pay it back to me until now, I knew from the beginning there will be scam on the deposit, I rarely write or comment on my stays but know I’m being scammed.

Bad management Positive: Apartment was good Negative: Staff were very bad and disrespectful. Trying to charge us 150 dirhams for a tiny blood and makes us feel bad out. And said that towels are dirty but they’ll skip it for us . Looking down on us . Policies are very bad

Grandes vistas! 😍 Positive: El apartamento es espectacular. Unas vistas increíbles hacia el Burj Khalifa desde cualquier punto del apartamento. Está limpio y es muy cómodo. El trato con el personal del apartamento es perfecto. Están pendientes de todo lo que necesites. En especial Azar que estuvo pendiente en todo momento. 100% recomendable Negative: Todo fue perfecto!
