Amazing stay with amazing view Positive: The location is amazing! Perfect view of the Burj Khalifa. The rooms were perfect for our group.We also enjoyed the pool and gym access. Easy access to lots of establishments nearby. Negative: We'd love to see more kitchen cooking utensils as we are group of 10 who cooked meals at home so 2 pans were not enough. Also, it woul be great to have access to the other facilities too, like the badminton court which required booking from the property app which only the owner can do, but the contact person wasn't aware of it.

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! Positive: Their staff was unprofessional and rude. On our check in, they only want to accept cash as deposit and said that they will charge if linens gets stain which was really sketchy. They respond late. The building doesn’t provide pool towels since we are in a resident apartment. I asked for pool towels, their responds is that they charge 10aed per towel. Which is not fair because they should at least provide pool towels in the first place. On the day before our check out, before 9am the power electricity was cut off. I communicated to then via WhatsApp about it, and informed the reception as well. The reception said there is no power interruption to other units and the building, just out unit so we need to settle with durrani homes personnel which i already did. So we went with our day tour since they responded and they are aware. Past noon time i followed up if electricity is back cause my parents wants to rest before continuing the tour. Still it was not fixed as per their respond via WhatsApp. Sonwe decided to stay in one of the malls and spend time there. I followed up at 5pm and they always say it will be fixed. I even ask whats their plan if it wont be fixed. I continuosly followed up eveb before we went back to the apartment. We reached the apartment at 11pm and still there was no electricity. The person incharged for night spoke with us and their technician and lied to us saying they are not aware. I told then i have messages in WhatsApp and even the reception in the building logged my complaint. Then they keep saying it will be fixed within the next 4 hours. It was already almost midnight. They did not have a place for us to stay and even suggested we look for one. Which was really rude and crazy. The person we spoke to Mr. Hasham first said he is just relaying the message of their manager. And when we asked to speak directly with the manager he then claimed he is the manager. A lot of lies and unacceptable reasons was given to us. Power was off since 9am.
