Terrible customer service from hosts! Positive: Lovely Location Negative: 1. property location provided by booking.com was different to property location sent by host wasted 1hour plus driving around in heavy traffic 2.After arriving, I had to wait over 30 minutes for the host to check us in. He did not come with keys or access cards Another hour wasted 3.host did not know parking space number or which floor it was located on another 15mins wasted 4. The apartment had a foul smell, which he tried to cover by opening balcony 5. Checked out 1 hour late and was robbed of half of my deposit 500AED! For 1 hour! 6.after checking out, I had to wait 40 minutes in the lobby for the host to come so I could return the keys. It's OK for them to waste hours of my time, but I got charged for being 1 hour late, what hypocrisy. 7.Reception insisted any guests provide ID. Host said this was not necessary again, my time wasted 8.Poor communication. 9. No room service
