Positive: This is our second time staying at this apartment. We usually book it for one day and don't even stay overnight. We just want to see the entire fountain show in one evening. And this is probably the best spot for a private evening with a stunning view of the fountain and tower. In 2025, there was a major renovation, and the music selection was changed (they removed world hits and added mostly traditional Arabic music). It's very beautiful. And the most amazing thing is that they installed a lot of laser lighting on the Burj Khalifa and added a laser show between songs from the science fiction show. It's amazing!!!! The apartment itself matches the description 100%. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, as well as water, tea, coffee, and sugar. There are clean towels and linens. There's an extra bed in the closet; you have to pay extra for it if you need it. There's a smart TV with all the necessary apps for viewing. The air conditioning cools perfectly. The floor was really cool, so we brought a change of shoes or socks. Special thanks to the manager who greeted us; he was very kind and welcoming. He explained everything in detail. A big plus is that you don't need a key; the door opens with a combination lock. When we When we were leaving, we simply closed the door and went home, sending a departure report to the manager via WhatsApp. A 1,000 dirham deposit will be required, but it will be returned to you immediately.

Fantastic spot to watch the fountain shows through the evening. Positive: The view of the fountains and the Burj could not be better. Lovely spot! 5mins walk from Dubai Mall. Negative: A little bit dated inside, but very comfortable and well worth it for the location.
