لماذا انا مضطرة لتنزيل تطبيق على هاتفي لكي اتمكن من الدخول
Positive: الموقع و الاطلالة
Negative: اجراءات تسجيل الدخول معقدة للغاية
تحتاج الى تنزيل تطبيق و التسجيل فيه لكي تتمكن من الحصول على الرقم السري للباب
ومع ذلك تحتاج الى وجود موظف لكي يسمح لك بالدخول
لم افهم المغزى من وجود طريقتين للدخول ( التطبيق و الموظف )
و قد قام الموظف بطلب مبلغ من التأمين و الا لن بسمح لنا بالدخول
مع ان هذا الشروط غير موجود على بوكينغ أثناء الحجز
كما اننا انتظرنا وصول الموظف الذي سيسمح لنا بالدخول لمدة ساعة وقد كان طفلي برفقتي مما زاد الامور صعوبة
تجربة لن اكررها مطلقاً

Negative: Check in process is not as convenient as in a hotel.
