Positive: Staff was very good speacily the guest relation mohanad was very kind and helped a lot to solve the problems. Negative: Problem with wifi, cold water in the shower did not worked and you have to pay a deposit - all in all the checkon process is to complicated with a lot of things to do

I would love to come back again for a family vacation stay if in Dubai downtown. Positive: The location is perfect, Burj Khalifa view is everywhere in living room, bedroom, and swimming pool. 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for a family of 3 (parents with a kid), extra bed is already there which is kind in case any guest wants to stay. All i need for a family short visit is all there which is very convenience. Reserved free parking is also highly appreciated. Negative: 1. the bathroom water goes anywhere instead of floor drain, suggest to keep a floor water wiper for easy cleaning. 2. the fountain is under maintenance which is a pity for the city view
