It was good apart from the aprtmemt kitchen acessories and shower box was not good enough. Positive: The LOCATION the view. People stand down to view the fountain show in front the Burj Khalifa and here you dont need to do anything just open the balcony and sot in comfortable attire and watch all day long. Very near walkin distance to dubai mall and restaurants. Negative: The stoves were not working. The kettle was not working. The bathroom shower area floor was much less in depth so the water was coming out on the floor outside the door of the shower. There was no wiper in the bathroom.

Very bad. Will never do this mistake again Negative: Horrible access and very bad reception and guidance.

Positive: Very nice day with Mohanad who help us find attractive places and welcome us! Excellent service. Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Dubai mall nearby and spectacular views from the balcony for Burj Khalifa.

Positive: The view is really heaven best location and best view ever mohanad the guy who helped us with the check in is very nice and veeeery helpful this is my third time in this apartment and will come back soon

I would love to come back again for a family vacation stay if in Dubai downtown. Positive: The location is perfect, Burj Khalifa view is everywhere in living room, bedroom, and swimming pool. 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for a family of 3 (parents with a kid), extra bed is already there which is kind in case any guest wants to stay. All i need for a family short visit is all there which is very convenience. Reserved free parking is also highly appreciated. Negative: 1. the bathroom water goes anywhere instead of floor drain, suggest to keep a floor water wiper for easy cleaning. 2. the fountain is under maintenance which is a pity for the city view
