Location was the only good trait, otherwise i dont recommend booking here. Positive: Location only, the room itself was okay but there were very limited facilities. الموقع الشيء الوحيد الشافع، الغرفة عادية. Negative: First of all, i dealt with the worst service from majority of the staff, specifically a guy named mohannad, very rude and unprofessional. There is no customer service that i can contact directly for help, they gave us only 1 key card, they have no luggage storage, very limited facilities such as towels, tissues, and basic necessities. Most importantly at the end of our stay they tried to blame us for a “broken” tv that was completely fine so they can keep the insurance cash, and when we informed them that we have pictures of the room before we checked in they tried brushing it off. I don’t recommend staying here at all. اولا تعاملت مع اسوا خدمة من اغلب الموظفين، وبالاخص واحد اسمه مهند، اسلوبه جدا سيء و غير محترف. مافي اي خدمة عملاء اقدر اتواصل معهم مباشرة للمساعدة، عطونا كرت واحد بس، ما عندهم تخزين للشنط، الخدمات جدا محدودة، حتى المناشف و المناديل و ابسط الاحتياجات مو متوفرة بشكل كافي. و اكبر مشكلة ان في نهاية اقامتنا حاولوا يلومونا على تلفزيون "مكسور" و هو كان سليم تماما، بس عشان يحتفظون بمبلغ التامين، و لما قلنا لهم ان عندنا صور للغرفة قبل ما نسكن حاولوا يمشون و يتجاهلون الموضوع. ما انصح احد يسكن عندهم ابدا.
