الإقامة جميله فالشقه … ولكن لايوجد خدمة لتنظيف
Positive: مكانه جميل ومريح
Negative: الاقامه كانت جميله. ولكن لم تحل مشكله إرجاع قيمة التأمين. لاني لم استلمها لحد الآن رغم اني تواصلت مع الفندق. وطلبت التأكيد من إرسالها… لاني تواصلت كثيراً بعدم رد المبلغ. برغم انهم قالوا لي لقد تم مباشرة إرسالها بتاريخ 10/11/2025
ولكن لم يصلي اي تحول لهذا اليوم بتاريخ 19/12/2025
اتمنى ان تحل المشكله وان يتم تحويل مبلغ التأمين.

It's kinda perfect!
Positive: It's spacious, elegant, will equipped and will very close proximity of dubai mall.
The gentleman who managed our check-in/out was very professional and well mannered
I loved that it was on ground floor because it came with a nice patio
The rate was reasonable and the unit overall reflected great value for money.
Negative: Not much flexibility in early check-in or late check-out. Buts it's OK.
It was a little far from the building that has the pool and the gym
Found two baby lezerds but probably someone left the door to the patio open
