Positive: The location of the apartment was excellent, however: Negative: 1. When we arrived, there was no one available to guide us or answer our questions, so we had difficulty finding the apartment and had to wait a long time until someone from the company arrived. 2. At checkout, we were charged AED 120 for the towels being dirty (due to spilled coffee and food) and AED 150 for the bed sheets not being clean, which we found to be very expensive.

Positive: I have stayed 2 nights in souq al bahr. The view is awesome. Dubai mall is very near 2 min walking distance room is neat and clean very nice decorated. Specially hospitality of Samir and rajni is excellent who helped me with everything I needed. Smooth check in and check out.i wish to visit again

It’s very nice location but There is no entrance except from Souk Al Bahar Positive: Location Negative: It’s not easy to find someone to help you no office Many things and many applications you have to do it before you get to the house not clean water in the bathroom very light and smell bad Wifi not working
