Durrani Homes-Grandiose 4 BR besides Burj Khalifa

A horribly stressful stay — dirty, dishonest, noisy, and managed by the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered. Positive: Nothing it’s very bad Negative: This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst and most unprofessional experiences I have ever had with any accommodation. The apartment was extremely dirty — not just poorly cleaned, but genuinely neglected to a level that is unacceptable and unsafe. The sofas were completely collapsed and unusable, the kitchen was broken, the appliances didn’t function properly, and the entire unit felt unhygienic from the moment we walked in. The pillows and bedding were disgustingly filthy, and the staff member who checked them personally admitted they were dirty. He saw them, acknowledged the condition, and even took photos of them himself. Then during checkout, he suddenly changed his story and tried to claim that the stains were “from us,” even though he had clear evidence they were already dirty. This kind of dishonesty is alarming and shows a total lack of integrity. He intentionally hid the photos and tried to blame us, which is completely unethical. We informed them on the first day, at 3 PM, that we wanted to leave because the apartment was not livable. The staff member said “okay,” but then they started aggressively knocking on our door from 11 AM, lying, shouting, and behaving in a completely unprofessional way. Their attitude was disrespectful, rude, and intimidating. I came to relax and enjoy my trip — not to deal with staff yelling, pressuring us, and treating us like we were the problem. The situation became even more unbearable because they failed to disclose that there was heavy construction happening directly above the apartment. Every morning starting at 7 AM, we were hit with extremely loud drilling and hammering. The noise was constant and overwhelming. We have a baby with us, and he cried nonstop because of how loud and stressful it was. This alone would have ruined the stay — but combined with the lies, the dirt, the rudeness, and the negligence, it made the entire experience absolutely miserable.

Over all very Good Negative: Room with Balcony has NO washroom.

Positive: It’s a nice apartment with a great view of Burj Khalifa and water fountain. And had an easy access to everything you want. Samir was very helpful in guiding us through.

Relaxing, great for families, best view of the Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa. Positive: Good parking, excellent view of Burj Khalifa, clean rooms, generous toiletries, relaxing interior. Negative: The other room with the Burj Khalifa view has weak AC.
