بصراحة سيئه لعدم وجود امانه وعدم ارجاع مبلغ التأمين
Positive: المكان كان جيد ونظيف
Negative: تم اخذ مبلغ التأمين ولم يرجع لنا. تم ارسال صورة لنا انه تم كسر الزجاج مع اننا نمنا ليلة واحده فقط ولم نبقى في الشقه الا وقت قليل ولا يوجد لدي اطفال صغار جدا.
قمت بمراسلتهم ان الموضوع غير مقبول واريد ارجاع مبلغ التأمين كامل ولكن تم تجاهل مسجاتي
