Apartment needs maintenance but perfect location

Negative: check in delay, no one was there....and showers had water overflow...need maintenance

Negative: Very bad experience! We waited an hour and twenty minutes for them to come and take us to the apartment in the middle of the night with a baby. No directions. The apartment is much smaller. No futon bed.
