Unique Garden Apt at Souk Al Bahar | Burj Khalifa

Positive: location was good only. Negative: very bad experience this time. staff was late for the check in. he was not present to receive us on time. BED ROOM AC did not work for the duration of our stay despite of repairs, they couldn't fix it. should be checked before renting the place out. we also had water problem. didn't had water for 2 days in a row we were not notified of the maintenance work in the building.which they should have done before renting it out anyways overall experience this time was unfortunately very bad. we were also not given any late check out facility.

Horrible staff, great apartment Positive: The apartment itself is good and in great location, can be noisy at night because its facing a very congested road. Also you have to access the property from inside the parking and its a bit of a walk. Negative: The staff is an absolute disaster. Zero support during stay and zero coordination. I got kicked out of the apartment after having agreed to an extension because someone accepted a booking from Airbnb for the same days, and I repeat, after they had agreed on an extension, they kicked me out the very same day. I had to run out from the beach and spend 2 hours packing my stuff and booking another hotel for the remainder of the stay while the cleaners were pushing me out. I wasnt offered any compensation or apology and on top they tried to bribe me with a 30pc discount on a next booking if i promised i didnt make a negative review on Booking. Awful from start to finish.

Very enjoyable stay and great apartment will certainly book again Positive: Loved the size, deco, clean it was and all facilities and staff very helpful indeed Negative: Wish easier way get out to Main Street without leaving via car park. I got lost couple times
