Positive: Staff to check in check out ,with bad manners ,and rudeness , how do they deal with the customers,
The bathroom has no supplies as liquid soap or shampooo , the kitchen has no washing tools

Negative: Staff behaviour and charged us for no reasons. Alleged us for dirty towels which were not and pressurised us to pay and forcefully deducted the amount from deposit
