Negative: ريحتها جدا سيئه كشنه مهما بخرت وعطرت ماتروح والمكيف حق وحده من الغرف مايشتغل وحاطين لكم مروحه بدل المكيف وحشرات غريبه والاثاث جدا جدا قديم ومتهالك والارض وسخه بشكل مخيف وتعامل الاداره جدا سيء مايردون الا متأخر ووقت الخروج جا واحد حتى الكاسات يعدها ويقول استخدمتوها او لا عشان يخصم من مبلغ التامين من اسوء الشقق الي مرت علينا

Negative: I don’t like their system and how they respond to customer complaints. I’m waiting for my security deposit of AED 1000, which is almost a month overdue. You informed us that it would only be returned in two weeks, but I’ve tried communicating with you through different channels, but I haven’t received any response. The apartment kept clean & no damage & I take video before I leave the apartment
