I don’t like it Positive: The view only Negative: So old and need maintenance and need to change the furniture

Positive: The views are absolutely amazing!! Seeing the fountain show several times from such a special location was unreal. I highly recommend you spend a night there. The apartment is spacious, and balcony was just perfect to enjoy the evening! Location couldn't be better, it's literally inside the market with shops and everything. And it takes you literally 2-3 min to access the mall. Negative: Arriving at the property was very tricky. I went by taxi, and received a video with clear instructions from the hosts, so all good until then. However the security staff did not want to allow to me to enter the area. They were rude, started taking photos of my passport, saying I could not prove that I made that booking even though I was showing it on Booking.com app - absolutely insane remarks. I called the property and to be fair to them they sent a staff in a scooter around the parking area to find me and sort out the issue with security. This is not a fault of the property staff, but still a stressful way to start my stay.

Positive: Very nice day with Mohanad who help us find attractive places and welcome us! Excellent service. Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Dubai mall nearby and spectacular views from the balcony for Burj Khalifa.

Positive: The view is really heaven best location and best view ever mohanad the guy who helped us with the check in is very nice and veeeery helpful this is my third time in this apartment and will come back soon

I would love to come back again for a family vacation stay if in Dubai downtown. Positive: The location is perfect, Burj Khalifa view is everywhere in living room, bedroom, and swimming pool. 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for a family of 3 (parents with a kid), extra bed is already there which is kind in case any guest wants to stay. All i need for a family short visit is all there which is very convenience. Reserved free parking is also highly appreciated. Negative: 1. the bathroom water goes anywhere instead of floor drain, suggest to keep a floor water wiper for easy cleaning. 2. the fountain is under maintenance which is a pity for the city view
